It depends on the product, personalization method and project scope. We assess feasibility using the quantity range in your enquiry.
How is a logo or brand application prepared?
We review the artwork, available surface and production method together. A sample may be recommended for suitable projects.
How long does production take?
Lead time depends on quantity, product and personalization. Production and delivery timing are stated separately in the written quote.
Can orders be sent to multiple addresses?
Multi-address delivery can be assessed as part of the project. Address count and delivery method are agreed before the quote is finalized.
Can you prepare custom packaging or cards?
Gift boxes, brand cards and notes can be considered for compatible projects and quantities.
Can I request a sample?
A sample may be proposed where it is technically and commercially appropriate. Terms are explained during the quote process.
